FREE SIZE REPLACEMENT POLICY
As you know, babies all grow at different rates, and we can hear from one customer that an item is too big, while another will write us that the same item is too small. So we created our size replacement policy for just this reason. If you would like to take advantage of this offer you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving to return the item for your choice of a replacement size or store credit for the full amount (shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility).
If your product is damaged or has any issues, please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the product and we will arrange a return at our expense. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item and must be unworn and in the condition they were received in.
Please ensure you have added the correct address, as items will not be refunded or resent when an incorrect address is given.

Please include your name and order number in the sender's details on the outside of the package, so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
