+ How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. As extra peace-of-mind we provide McAfee identity theft insurance of up to $100,000 for free – that’s right, it’s on us!
+ What if I entered the wrong address?
as quickly as possible. If we have not yet shipped the item, we can make changes for you. If the item has been shipped, we cannot change the address. Items sent to incorrectly entered addresses will not be refunded or replaced. There will be no reshipping arrangement made in cases where parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses or unavailability.

+ How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled or changed if they have not been processed and shipped, so please contact us
as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. Please let us know your order number and the change you would like to make, and we will confirm the status of your order as soon as we can. Orders are processed within 2 hours, after which time they may not be cancelled.
+ Why do I see an extra fee on my bank statement?
Some banks charge a transaction fee for shopping online which you'll see on your statement. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
+ Why is checkout in USD?
Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you check out. All transactions will be handled in USD at the checkout page. Currencies other than USD are shown at up-to-the-minute exchange rates.
+ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
+ Why has my card been declined?
If you are certain there are funds in your account and you have entered the correct credit card number and CVV, the decline will be coming from your bank, rather than from us. Sometimes with online shopping your bank will prevent a payment being made if the banking system you are with thinks the payment is outside of your usual spending habits. If this happens, you can either use a different credit card or contact us
and we can arrange an alternative method of payment.
+ Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

+ How do you determine your prices?
Our pre-sale prices are the recommended retail prices by our suppliers and industry standards. Our sale prices vary depending on the promotion.
+ I forgot to apply my promotion code, can I do it now?
We cannot apply promotion codes retroactively, but hang on to it! Many of our codes don't expire so it may well still be usable next time you order.
+ My promotion code isn’t applying the discount, what do I do?
Make sure the code is copied exactly. Your best option is to copy and paste the code you’ve been given. Many of our codes don’t expire, but some do, so check for an expiry date where you’ve received the code.
+ Can I apply several promotion codes to my order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
+ When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days. However, when we have large promotions, or during holidays, our most popular items could take a couple of days longer. But, don’t worry, it’s on its way and we promise it’ll be worth the wait! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
+ How long does shipping take?
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

Canada: 14 to 20 business days
Australia: 12 to 16 business days
Often our packages do arrive more quickly but these times are to give you a rough feel of when you can expect your package to arrive.

Unfortunately, this is in the hands of USPS, and not within our control. If for any reason your item is delayed more than 60 days we will consider it lost and refund it or resend it free of charge
+ Will my items be sent in one package?
Products are shipped as they are processed, and may be coming from different warehouses, so may arrive separately. You will have received a separate tracking number for each package so you can track them all.
+ Where is my package?

. It can take a few days after shipping for your tracking details to appear, so if you don't see them, please try again at a later date. You should receive your package within 2 - 3 weeks of purchase. Once a package leaves our warehouse it is out of our control, and we rely on USPS to deliver it in a timely manner. They usually do a pretty good job, but nobody's perfect and occasionally a package gets lost or delayed. Unfortunately, this is in the hands of USPS, and not within our control. If for any reason your item is delayed more than 60 days we will consider it lost and refund or resend it free of charge.
+ Where do you ship to?
We are only able to ship within the United States, Canada and Australia at this time, but we hope to expand to other countries in the near future.
+ Where are my items coming from?
We have warehouses throughout the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Asia and Europe. The warehouses we ship your order from will depend on what item you have ordered and where you live.
+ My tracking says my package has been delivered, but it hasn’t. What do I do?
Don't panic! USPS is notorious for delivery scanning items before they have actually been delivered. Most of the time we find this is the reason your tracking will say it's been delivered when it hasn't been, and it will show up within 1 to 3 days. In the meantime:
Check with your neighbors in case it has been misdelivered
Check around your house or mailbox
Call your local post office to search for the item
If all these things fail, call your local post master and raise the issue. If you would like a letter from us to pass on to your post master as extra reinforcement, please let us know. We're more than happy to back you up.
